Why am I being asked for my credit card information?

During the registration process, you may be prompted to enter your credit card information. This is because the institution you are attending has arranged for students to pay their Digital Clinical Experience (DCE) registration fees individually. No additional fees or tuition will be assessed for the DCE once payment is made. Upon successful purchase (either through credit card or otherwise), you will have access to that product for life. If you take another course later that uses Shadow Health, or you want to retry an assignment after your course ends, you will be able to do so without having to pay for access. However, if you take a course that uses a different product, you may be required to purchase lifetime access to that product. For example, if you first use Shadow Health in an undergraduate class, and you later take a graduate level or pharmacology course that uses Shadow Health, you may need to purchase access (depending on course set up).

Shadow Health™ uses a fully secure, PCI compliant 3rd party vendor to process credit card payments. Credit card information is never saved on Shadow Health™ servers.
