If you would like to change the email address you registered with Shadow Health, follow the steps below.
After the changes have been made, you will advance to your Dashboard with a message confirming you updated your account successfully.
Log into the Digital Clinical Experience (DCE)
Enter your profile editor
Click My Resources in the upper right corner of your screen, and then click Edit Profile
Change your email address
Under Your Personal Info, change your preferred address in the Email field. Enter in your current password at the bottom of the screen and click Update My Profile to apply your new email address.
