Please refresh your browser error message

A small amount of students have experienced an error message when trying to either return to their paused assignment or continue their attempt from which they or an instructor have reopened. The student experiences the message “Please refresh your browser" and either it stays on this page or it redirects them to the Assignment Overview Page without giving the student a chance to refresh.

 

There are a few different options to help resolve this issue:

 

Try another browser

Many times using another browser helps to solve this issue. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as students have had positive results with one of these browsers.

 

Restart the computer

If using a different browser didn’t work, please restart the computer to free up all of your computers resources. This can help the assignment load successfully.

 

Use another Computer with Recommended Specs

Simply if all else fails, using another computer with the recommended specs could solve this issue immediately.
