Unable to type in Communication Box

Some students using Safari have experienced an issue with entering text into the Communication Box. This issue can sometimes cause text appear after a significant delay, or possibly not at all.

 

There are two ways to resolve the issue:

 

Option 1

Reload your assignment: Click the “Return to Assignment” link near the top of the page and then confirm you want to leave the page. Once the Assignment Overview page loads, click the Continue Last Attempt button. This will bring you back into the assignment exactly where you left. When you go back into your assignment, all of your previous work will still be there as your assignment saves everything you do as you do it.

 

Option 2

Use Firefox or Chrome to work on your assignment
