How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password or can't log in, please follow the steps below to reset your password

 
  1. Go to the login page at http://shadowhealth.com/ and click 'Log In/Sign Up’
  2. On the page that loads, click ‘Forgot Your Password' to begin resetting your password.Image of the log in page, with the Forgot Your Password button highlighted
  3. On this page, enter in the email address you have registered with Shadow Heath and click the green button to be emailed further instructions on changing your password.Image of the Enter Email Address field
  4. The page will then advance to the Digital Clinical Experience login screen letting you know that the email has been sent and should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.Image of the page confirming that an email to reset the password was sent.
  5. Check your email inbox
  6. Within minutes, you should receive an email titled "Reset password instructions" from info@shadowhealth.com. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk/bulk mail folder. When you open the message, click the blue link "Change my password" to enter in your new password.Example of email with password reset instructions
  7. Enter in your new password
  8. In the webpage that opens, enter your new password twice to confirm it and then click the green "Change my password" button to save the change. You will then advance to the Student Dashboard.Image of the Password Reset field
